Journaling is a great way to write out your vision and allows you the ability to refer to it. Daily meditation is the opportunity to see your idea in your mind’s eye. Vision boards are a great way to view images of your dream life.
Visualization is a way of picturing what one would like to take place. For visualization to materialize, it goes past imagining. It is living, experiencing, and feeling the scene one is perceiving.
